Monthly yoga at my home in Barrington-"I have so much gratitude for the rhythm and pacing that make up the flow of yoga poses in Janine's yoga classes - I so often find myself thinking that the poses are exactly what I needed, at exactly the right moment, and for the right length of time. Janine has a graceful compilation of poses and offers kind and compassionate guidance. Her bright spirit welcomes any practitioner to feel comfortable enough to honor oneself and one’s needs in the moment. With Janine Bibeau, you not only get to heal your body with yoga, but with food nourishment. Following her yoga classes, she "breaks bread" with her students, sharing a delicious beverage and dish that is seasonal and rooted in the auyervedic tradition, with the purpose of balancing the body and healing from within. Janine is a gifted yoga teacher and a gift to her students! "
"Janine started coming to our school as part of her 'Yoga in the workplace' program. I can tell you that I look forward to it all week long. I find that hour to be one of my most relaxing and enjoyable during the week. We are a group of women at various ages and abilities and Janine is able to explain and modify her class as needed for each of us. I leave the class feeling relaxed and also that I have been challenged and pushed myself. Would love to have her join us more than once a week!"
